Emma Connolly
Emma was born in County Wicklow in 1976, and studied in Dublin before completing a BA and then a Master of Fine Art at the University of Ulster. In 2002 Emma won the President's Award at the Royal Ulster Academy; subsequent prizes include the 2004 Carson McDowell Award, the Northern Ireland Visual Arts Forum New Contemporaries Award in 2005, and the Zurich Insurance Young Artist Award. Conor Fleck
Born in Belfast in 1969, Conor Fleck was educated at Campbell College and Belfast Art College before completing a degree in music at Colchester Institute, Essex. He returned to Belfast in 1994 to commence his career in painting, where he now lives and works. More
Lindy Guinness
As a student, Lindy Guinness met the acclaimed British artist Duncan Grant, working alongside him at Charleston throughout the 1960s. He, together with Sir William Coldstream, Jeffrey Camp and Sir Lawrence Gowing, all of whom she worked under in 1970, formed a significant influence on her career as a painter. More
Martin Mooney
Martin Mooney was born in Belfast in 1960 and after spending a decade living in Spain he moved to Donegal in 1994. He studied art in Belfast and Brighton before studying as a post-graduate at the Slade School in London. More
Gareth Reid
Born in 1974 in Northern Ireland, Gareth studied at Glasgow School of Art and at the Florence Academy of Art and currently lives and works in Glasgow. His work has been selected for the BP Portrait Award Exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery, the Hunting Art Prize, the Royal Scottish Academy and the Royal Ulster Academy. More
Colin Watson
Colin Watson graduated in Fine Art from the University of Ulster in 1988 and, since then, has exhibited widely, most notably at the Pyms Gallery in London where he has had four solo exhibitions. He has also shown in solo, two person and group exhibitions in London, New York, Northern Ireland, Marrakech, Tangier, and Dublin. More
